Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.  We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), checks, and cash.  If you have financial constraints, please inform our staff at the beginning of the appointment so we may plan to work within your restrictions.

It's not uncommon for pet owners to be faced with financial difficulty when their pet needs medical attention. Although we do not provide billing services, we have compiled a list of resources that you may find helpful in planning for your pet's treatment.

From routine appointments to emergency situations or surgeries, the CareCredit card gives pet owners flexibility to choose how to finance their pet's veterinary care. The application process can be completed at our hospital, where we'll call in your application over the phone for immediate approval, or at your own convenience online at www.carecredit.com.

Scratchpay is a new program that provides payment plans without affecting someone's credit score, and is a simple and easy alternative for those who are denied care credit. To apply, visit www.scratchpay.com.

We provide emergency services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  If you have an emergency outside of our normal business hours, please call our office at 860-870-8701, and our answering service will alert the veterinarian on call.

Staff was so friendly and treatment offered was a conservative approach, they weren't trying to push expensive tests. A big plus that they can do x-rays on-site and also run bloodwork on-site and you get results while you're still there!
