Cheryl grew up in Massachusetts, and formed a love for animals at an early age. As an adult, she worked in an animal shelter, a veterinary hospital and the Bronx Zoo. While working at the zoo, She fulfilled a lifetime dream of working with elephants, bears, tigers and gorillas. While working in a zoo was an amazing experience, she loved her time working in a veterinary hospital the most. Building relationships with the animals and their families is the best part of the job. She currently lives in Stafford, CT with her husband, 3 children, 3 cats and 1 dog. In her spare time she loves hiking, kayaking and gardening.
